The UKEB started the endorsement project in early 2025 to assess both IFRS 19 and the final Amendments resulting from the catch-up ED as a package for adoption. The IASB issued the final Amendments to IFRS 19 in August 2025. ↩

At the July 2025 IASB meeting the Board tentatively agreed to delay issuing the RFI by a year and holding a concurrent consultation with the ISSB in 2026. The IASB is anticipated to decide on the project direction at the September 2025 meeting. ↩
