Structure
The UKEB is a decision-making body governed by its Board. It has a strong commitment to understand the views of UK stakeholders and ensure that the UK's voice is represented internationally via proactive stakeholder engagement.
Oversight of the UKEB's discharge of it statutory functions, which includes its technical decision-making, is the responsibility of the Secretary of State for Business and Trade. The Financial Reporting Council has oversight responsibility for the UKEB's performance of its governance and due process.
