UKEB Publishes its 2025 Annual Board Effectiveness Review Summary Findings
The UKEB has today published the summary findings of its 2025 Annual Board Effectiveness Review.
UKEB Chair, Pauline Wallace, said:
“As the UKEB prepares to welcome its new Chair, Paul Lee, in September, the Board agreed that this review should have a dual purpose: to assess the Board’s effectiveness in the past year; and to consider how UKEB’s experiences over the past four years of operation could be used to inform further development and streamlining of its work.
The core findings of the review recognised the Board’s success in achieving its strategic objectives in a way that held true to the UKEB’s core values. As this year progresses, the Board will be focusing on continuous improvement opportunities in four key areas: Board succession planning; strategy development; stakeholder engagement and influencing; and resource management.”
