Request for comments on UKEB’s draft Due Process Handbook

Today the UKEB has published its draft Due Process Handbook (the Handbook) on the UKEB website here. It sets out the due process the Board plans to apply to its activities, enabling it to uphold its guiding principles of accountability, independence, transparency and thought leadership when fulfilling its statutory functions.

The UKEB welcomes stakeholder feedback and all comments received by 23 May 2022 will be considered before it finalises the Handbook.
